Come to Bloom
U-Pick Tulips and a full day of farm fun near Greenville, SC. Dutch bulbs. Real dirt. Memories that last.
A field full of joy, just outside Greenville.
Dirt & Grit Farm is a family-run u-pick flower farm rooted in faith, hard work, and a love of the land. Every spring, we plant over 80,000 tulip bulbs — all sourced from the Netherlands — across 30+ varieties, filling our fields with breathtaking color. And as the seasons turn, so do our blooms with fresh flower offerings throughout the year to keep something beautiful always growing.
We're not just a flower farm. We're a full day out — animals to meet, activities for kids of every age, and rows upon rows of color to walk through with the people you love.
More than flowers.
A whole day of it.
Beyond the blooms, there's a full farm waiting for you. Come for the tulips, stay for everything else.
Wander the rows and hand-pick your own bouquet from 30+ Dutch varieties. Scissors and buckets are provided. Stems start at $1.75 — better value when you pick 20 or more.
Jump pads, a dig yard, sound garden, bubble station, and yard games keep the little ones busy while everyone soaks in the views.
We host rotating food trucks and vendors throughout the season. Check our social media for the weekly food truck schedule before your visit.
They can't wait

Dirt & Grit means
what it says.
We didn't build this farm because it was easy. We built it because we believed beauty is worth working for — that the mud on your boots and the ache in your back at the end of the day means something. "Dirt" is the earth we tend. "Grit" is the faith that keeps us at it — through every seed planted, every field cultivated, every animal fed, and through every season that asks more of us than the last.
"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. — Galatians 6:9"
Every spring the fields come alive and prove that verse true. We plant and tend and raise and show up as a promise — to the land, to our family, and to every family that walks through our gate. May you leave here carrying proof that the most beautiful things grow through the hardest seasons.
We'll see you

Everything you need to know before your visit.
All of our tulip bulbs are imported directly from the Netherlands — the gold standard of tulip growing. That's how we're able to offer such a stunning variety of colors and forms.
We open in early to mid-March each year, but the exact date depends on the bloom. Mother Nature is in charge! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for daily field updates and official opening announcements.
We don't allow pets due to liability concerns (and our resident animals appreciate it!). Valid service animals are always welcome.
We've got scissors and buckets covered, plus water on-site. We'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes you don't mind getting dirty — the parking fields can get muddy. Dress for the weather!
General admission tickets are available at the gate — no reservation needed. Online ticket packages (including Early Access) are available on our website. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Yes! The farm is accessible, though there is some gravel walking from parking and the ground between beds can be soft or uneven. Most visitors with strollers and wheelchairs find the experience very workable.
